Job Description
We're seeking a Nashville, TN-based TikTok Content Creator to create unique content for our clients' TikTok accounts. Reporting to the Senior Content Creator, you will have creative and video skills, and of course a love for and proficiency in TikTok.
 You are a passionate consumer and doer of social
 You live on the internet and are on the pulse of trends and what's next.
 You love ideating and creating compelling ideas that get peoples' attention.
 You understand what goes into making compelling and engaging social content for brands.
 You understand natively how to capture and edit content within the TikTok app.
 You have a love for video editing and trying new tricks.
 You always think of new ways to engage and entertain TikTok users.
 You are both curious and a people-person who loves connecting with others.
 You are comfortable creating content where you are both off and on-screen.
Key Accountabilities
 You will brainstorm and create inventive TikTok content that moves engagement and leverages new formats across both clients and new business pitches
 You will provide guidance on TikTok-specific requirements and social assets
 You can succeed in both an independent work style and a collaborative environment with our teammates and clients
 While you will work primarily remotely, you will go into our client's office occasionally.
 You will engage with comments and comment on other content relevant to the brand in the platform.
Qualifications
Person Specification
 1+ years of experience creating engaging content on TikTok
 We are seeking candidates in the Nashville, TN area, as some in-office time is to be expected for productions.
 Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
 A plus to have knowledge in visual/video styling
 Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is ($59,000 - $96,025). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
