About the position

As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the production of precision parts and assemblies by operating a variety of machines and tools. Your primary responsibilities will include fabricating parts from blueprints and drawings, welding, and repairing machinery as needed within the plant. This position requires a strong understanding of sheet metal layout, bend allowances, and the operation of brake and shear machines. The ideal candidate will possess a team-driven attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards in their work. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Additionally, you will be required to embrace and promote the company's core values in your daily tasks. The role demands mastery of all required skills, including solid stick and TIG welding capabilities. You will need to set up and operate all cutting, forming, and welding equipment available in the shop. Reading blueprints and performing layout work are essential skills for this position. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all company rules, policies, and procedures regarding workplace safety, as well as food safety regulations set forth by the USDA. This position operates on the 3rd shift, from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 21:00 to 06:00.

Requirements
? 1-2 years of experience in fabrication and welding.

? Must have TIG welding experience.

? Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work.

? Solid stick and TIG welding skills.

? Ability to set up and run all cutting, forming, and welding equipment available in the shop.
