Requirements:

2. Previous customer service experience preferred
3. Strong communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail
6. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
7. Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:
1. Sell tickets to guests in person or over the phone
2. Assist guests with questions and provide information about park attractions
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area
5. Follow company policies and procedures
6. Up-sell additional services or products when appropriate
7. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
