Ticket Broker Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticket Broker Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced ticket reselling business. The ideal candidate will have experience buying tickets on Ticketmaster, AXS, and other ticketing sites. Additionally the ideal candidate would have experience with ticketing software and experience working in a fast paced business. You will work full-time typically between 9am - 3pm EST.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Will be responsible for ticket buys on various websites.
ā¢ Ticket signups and other artist registrations
ā¢ Monitor social media for new events.
ā¢ Fulfill tickets on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
ā¢ Experience buying tickets on Ticketmaster / AXS / Other Tickets Sites
ā¢ Experience using ticketing software
ā¢ Experience working quickly on a computer and making quick decisions and sending across to us for approval.
ā¢ Experience using Automatiq point of sale processor is a plus but not a requirement.
ā¢ Reliable: Must have access to own computer and high speed internet consistently
ā¢ Language Proficiency: C2-level English proficiency (written and verbal).

Pay: $2.00 - $3.00 per hour
