Job description
We're looking for a Mid/Senior TIBCO Consultant to reinforce our team working on projects for our clients who are currently looking to fill their teams with more professionals.
What are we looking for?
+5 years of experience developing with TIBCO tools;Experience in integration using the TIBCO products such as BW5, BW6 and BWCE;Extensively worked in XML related technologies that include XML, XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath;Experience working with APIs and demonstrate a solid understanding of SOAP/REST architecture;Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) using Jenkins, GitLab or any other tools for timely builds, code coverage, running test;Experience of software development support tools such Jira and Confluence;Provide technical leadership;Mentor team members on best practices in software design, development, and processes;Leading and coaching other developers.
Personal traits:
Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and clientsTeamwork skills but also a sense of autonomyMotivation for international projects and possible travels are includedWillingness to collaborate with other playersStrong communication skillsFluency in written and spoken English
