Third Party Risk Management Analyst

Green Dot Corporation is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to ensure that external vendors, suppliers, and partners comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves assessing and mitigating risks, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough reviews of third-party agreements and risk assessmentIdentify potential risks and escalate concerns to senior risk management personnelCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, BSA/AML, Information Security, Legal, Compliance) to evaluate third party profiles and ensure appropriate controls are in placeTrack and report on risk assessment status, issues, and remediation efforts to relevant stakeholdersPerform reputational and financial risk reviewsAssist in monitoring third party compliance with company policies and industry regulationsMaintain and update TPRM’s system of record, ensuring data accuracy and completenessSupport audits and assessments related to third-party risk managementStay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practicesSkillsMinimum 1 year experience working within Third Party Risk ManagementMinimum 1 year experience utilizing GRC tools, such as LogicGate, RSA Archer, ServiceNow, etcStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent organization and time managementEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAble to work independently or collaborativelyAbility to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipAbility to meet the location requirement outlined aboveBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferredCompany OverviewAbout Green Dot Green Dot Corporation (NYSE: GDOT) is a financial technology platform and registered bank holding company that builds banking and payment solutions to create value, retain and reward customers, and accelerate growth for businesses of all sizes.
