Thinkific eLearning Module Builder Needed (Certification + Internal Company Onboarding)

We are building an internal training and certification ecosystem for our teams, partners, and customers. These courses will live inside Thinkific and must look polished, consistent, and professionally structured. We will supply all raw content (videos, slides, scripts, PDFs, outlines). We need a Thinkific specialist who can assemble everything into complete, high-quality learning modules. We’re looking for an experienced Thinkific eLearning Module Builder to take our content and transform it into professional, certification-ready training modules. This is not a generic LMS role — we need someone who knows Thinkific inside and out. Responsibilities Module & Course Structure - Set up chapters, subchapters, and lesson flows - Apply Thinkific best practices for pacing and learner experience Embedded Content - Upload and embed videos (Thinkific player, hosted files, or YouTube/Vimeo) - Insert and format slide decks/presentations - Add worksheets, templates, PDFs, and other downloads Assessments - Build quizzes and knowledge checks - Add surveys, feedback forms, assignments - Configure passing scores and progression logic Certification - Set up Thinkific course completion certificates - Implement conditional logic for certification requirements - Ensure modules properly track internal skills and completion Course Experience - Ensure all lessons look clean, polished, and on-brand - Organize content in a clear, intuitive structure - Configure navigation, course settings, and access rules Ideal Candidate - Deep experience building courses in Thinkific (portfolio required) - Strong instructional design and content-organization skills - Ability to create visually clean, professional lesson layouts - Experience with quizzes, assessments, and certification setups - Fast turnaround, strong communication, and high attention to detail Bonus: - Experience with internal training, SaaS onboarding, or certification programs Apply tot his job
