Currently, we are seeking a trained Remote Signing Specialist to enhance our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform remote loan signing appointments with clients. Provide notarial services, including witnessing signatures and administering oaths. Ensure compliance with notarial laws and regulations.
Travel to various locations as needed to meet clients and conduct signings.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Possess Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
