Texas Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Specialist (1099 Contractor)
Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
As a Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Specialist, you will provide teletherapy services designed to support Texas students speech and language development in the school environment. You will assess communication challenges, implement individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. This remote role demands flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to engage students effectively via virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform virtual assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions targeting a range of communication disorders.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Monitor student progress and update therapy goals.
• Comply with all relevant Texas educational and telehealth regulations.

Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
Home computer with high internet speed
Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
