Test Scorer REMOTE

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Test Scorers to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and scoring standardized tests with accuracy and consistency, ensuring fair assessment of student performance. Responsibilities • Carefully review and score student responses on standardized tests according to established rubrics and guidelines. • Maintain consistency and objectivity in scoring across different test sections and candidates. • Follow detailed scoring procedures to ensure fairness and accuracy in evaluation. • Document scoring results accurately within designated systems or platforms. • Communicate effectively with team members regarding scoring issues or discrepancies. • Meet deadlines consistently while managing multiple test materials efficiently. • Participate in calibration sessions or training to uphold scoring standards. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all test materials and candidate information. • Provide feedback or report concerns related to test content or scoring processes as needed. Experience • Prior experience in teaching, classroom instruction, or adult education is highly desirable. • Familiarity with standardized testing formats and scoring methodologies. • Strong customer service skills to address inquiries from test takers or colleagues professionally. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and collaboration. • Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity. • Working knowledge of educational assessment practices and working with students of diverse backgrounds.
