Key Responsibilities:
Β Developing test plans, procedures, and scripts to perform shock, vibration, thermal, humidity and vacuum testing on high and low voltage flight hardware.
Β Conducting verification testing that includes power-on, functional, acceptance and qualification and document test results for the high and low voltage distribution, power regulation and conversion hardware.
Β Supporting the integration of vehicle hardware and analysis tooling necessary to verify the requirements and performance of units under test.
Β Debugging and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a lab environment.
Β Supporting integration and test activities including wiring, hardware installation, and test bench setup.
Β Participating in design and system reviews to provide feedback on integration and testability throughout all phases of the project.
Β Participating in program level technology development, mission assurance and safety initiatives, and development process improvements.
Β Communicating development status, risks, and challenges to management.
Qualifications:
Β Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
Β 3+ years of relevant experience.
Β A breadth of understanding in electronics hardware development such as testing high voltage switching, high voltage and power regulation, or other advanced electronic commercial or aerospace products.
Β Experience with analog, digital or mixed-signal circuit design, including analysis, simulation, test, troubleshooting, and part selection.
Β Knowledge of signal integrity, power, grounding, and general board layout principles.
Β Experience developing special electronic test equipment and troubleshooting equipment.
Β Proficient in the use of standard electronic lab tests and troubleshooting equipment.
Β Experience with programming in C++ and/or Python.
Β NI Labview / TestStand experience.
Β Must be a U.S. citizen or national or U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder).
