Job Description
Tesla is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive individuals to join our Social Media Customer Support team. As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience across our social media platforms. You will engage with our customers to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Teslas social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
Stay up-to-date with Tesla products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure brand consistency in all customer interactions.
Analyze common customer issues and provide feedback to improve our products and services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using social media platforms and customer service tools.
Passion for Teslas mission and enthusiasm for the electric vehicle industry.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
