Territory Supervisor / Manager, Neurosurgical

Summary
This individual contributor will drive sales and promote a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to existing and new customers and this role requires independent judgment, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build a sustainable sales pipeline through direct selling and channel management.

What You Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers to support business growth
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Identify target customers, prioritize opportunities, and conduct effective sales calls
Initiate business discussions to expand opportunities across product lines
Understand customer needs and clinical practices to recommend appropriate solutions
Provide technical and product support during follow-ups, clinics, and procedures (if required)
Identify and develop new accounts to grow the customer base
Monitor and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends
Support Sales Manager/Business Director in developing and implementing local strategies
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and expand offerings

What You Need

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device industry, including distributor/channel management with a proven track record
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working in an operating room environment
Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking counterparts
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
High level of integrity and professionalism
Results-driven with strong accountability
Effective team player with excellent relationship-building abilities
Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

Travel Percentage: 20%
