Global Mission of the position
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Territory Sales Representative for our value-added divisions, Lebel Cambium. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services/products. You will be responsible for managing relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving account growth by understanding our clients’ needs and offering tailored solutions.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams;

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;

Participate in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies;

Understand client goals and provide strategic support to achieve them;

Monitor and report on account performance, project progress, and deliverables;

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support sales efforts;

Coordinate and lead client meetings, presentations, and reviews;

Resolve product and service related issues and complaints quickly and effectively;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to deliver on client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education;

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (industry-specific experience is a plus);

Proficiency MS Office Suite;

Problem-solving mindset and strong negotiation skills;

The account manager must be able to travel occasionally throughout Canada and the US for customer visits and/or trade shows;

Must have a clean driving record;

The candidate must be comfortable in a computerized environment.
