What You’ll Do Manage the full sales cycle—take charge of your territory from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining relationships for the long term.Develop and manage customer relationships through on-site visits, calls, and email.Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.Travel efficiently across your territory to visit customers in person (about 30% with limited overnight travel). What You BringProven success in sales as a service. A plus if you’ve sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry.Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven. Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.Must be at least 18 years of age.Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
