Territory Rep - WC
Position Summary - Territory Sales Representative - C-store (West Coast) Reports to National Regional Manager
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, and executing best-in-class in-store performance for company brands, across an assigned territory. This role partners closely with key retailers such as C-Store Wholesaler's and regional C- Store chains, as well as broker partners, to deliver against sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
Required - 2-5 years of experience in CPG sales or retail execution- Experience working with grocery, drug, dollar, or convenience accounts preferred- Familiarity with broker model and field execution strongly
preferred- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, IRI/Nielsen, or Power BI- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Education: Bachelor Degree
Travel Requirements- Frequent travel within assigned territory (50-75%)- Valid driver's license required or another form of transportation
