Represent Philadelphia Gear at customer meetings, trade events, and industry forums; monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Operate with high autonomy while ensuring compliance with company policies and approvals.

Customer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, high energy, and strong time-management skills.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt in a remote, high-autonomy role.

Professionalism, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.

Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners across cultures and languages.

Familiarity with condition monitoring, reliability services, or aftermarket programs.

Existing relationships with distributors, OEMs, or large end-users in mining, agricultural, or heavy industries in the Southern Cone.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness and ability to travel regionally (~60%).

Residence in the Southern Cone region required (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, southern Brazil). No relocation offered.

Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese; professional English proficiency.
