The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring results and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This role will support primarily our Midwest and East Coast operations and therefore requires candidates to be located in the Central or Eastern time zones.
Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 annual base, depending on experience (equivalent to approximately $41–$48/hour).
Assignment Duration: This is a temporary opportunity providing coverage during a team member’s maternity leave, expected to run from August 2026 through January 2027.
What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting - Your Core Focus
You'll own end-to-end recruiting across a high-volume, multi-site environment, supporting talent needs for onsite property management operations and corporate functions.
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process
Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, timelines, and hiring strategies
Present qualified candidates and guide hiring teams through decision-making
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding
Hiring Manager Enablement & Training
You’ll act as a coach and advisor to hiring leaders across the organization.
Train hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes
Provide guidance on market conditions, candidate expectations, and competitive positioning
Support interviewer training and consistency across teams
Programs, Data & Continuous Improvement
You’ll contribute to broader talent initiatives and use data to inform decisions.
Assist with early career programs, including internships and leadership development initiatives
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates)
Support diversity recruiting strategies and pipeline development
Contribute to recruiting-related projects and cross-functional initiatives
What You Bring
The right person for this role is both a strong recruiter and a strategic partner—someone who can balance execution with influence.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience supporting multi-site or property management hiring strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
