Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for financial institutions in accordance with Reg 9 regulations. Analyze processes and procedures to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and develop customized solutions to meet their specific needs. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure that all audits and consulting services meet compliance standards. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with team members to share expertise and knowledge and ensure consistent delivery of services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and process improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide value-added services. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to promote awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients. Prepare reports and presentations to senior management and clients on audit findings, recommendations, and progress. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Represent the organization professionally and positively in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
