**Job Summary**
We're seeking Temporary Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. This is a fully remote, temporary role that will begin on May 14th.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
* Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
* Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in company database
* Other duties as assigned
**Experience/Education/Skills**
* Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting
* Basic computer proficiency required
* Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
* Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
**Schedule/Pay**
* Monday – Friday 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm
* Pay up to $16.18/hr
