Temporary Recruitment Coordinator
Job Type: Temporary (3 Months)
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (East Coast hours)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting / Administrative Coordinator for a 3-month temporary assignment. This fully remote role will support recruiting and operational functions, with a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and timely follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage placements within ATS/CRM systems
• Process weekly timesheets and assist with payroll-related tasks
• Investigate and resolve back pay and timesheet discrepancies
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the system
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting and operations teams as needed
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a recruiting coordinator, admin, or staffing support role preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and/or JobScience / Bullhorn strongly preferred
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable availability during East Coast business hours
