TEMPORARY PART-TIME OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Compensation Range: $27 - 32 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Temporary Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our Audiobook Partnership & Licensing team. In this role, you will maintain operational stability by owning critical administrative and data workflows, allowing the broader team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain internal lists and datasets (including regular updates and audits).
• Provide inbox support, including triaging and responding to incoming requests.
• Assist with onboarding and tracking of new imprints and related data workflows.
• Support recurring operational processes, including month-end and quarterly updates.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across administrative workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to improve documentation and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
• Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
• Superb Attention to Detail: A proven track record of handling repetitive data tasks with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
• Communication & Inbox Skills: Strong written communication skills with experience managing high-volume email triaging.
• Soft Skills: Excellent independent time management and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with Coda or workflow optimization tools.
• A background in publishing, rights management, or media operations.
• A general tech-savvy mindset (interest or experience in AI/tech tools).
