Temporary Intake Coordinator / Virtual Assistant for Therapy Group Practice (Remote)
• *Description Inner Tranquility Counseling Group is seeking a highly organized temporary Intake Coordinator / Virtual Assistant to help convert incoming client inquiries into scheduled therapy appointments for our growing group practice in Virginia. • *Primary Responsibilities • Respond to Psychology Today, Zencare, website, and email inquiries quickly and professionally • Follow up with potential clients via email/text • Match clients with appropriate clinicians based on specialty, insurance, and availability • Schedule consultations and intake appointments • Track leads in spreadsheet/CRM • Assist with clinician calendar coordination • Support telehealth and in-office scheduling • *Ideal Candidate • Experience in mental health, healthcare admin, or therapy practice support preferred • Excellent written communication • HIPAA awareness preferred • Strong organization and follow-up skills • Familiarity with SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Headway, Alma, or similar platforms is a plus • *Project Type Temporary (30–90 days) • *Hours 10–20 hours/week • *Compensation $8–$18/hour depending on experience • *Success Metrics • Fast response time to inquiries • Increased booked consultations • Improved conversion from inquiry to intake • Accurate scheduling and follow-up • *To Apply Please include 1.
