They are seeking a Temporary Field Service Animatronic Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair animatronic displays across multiple store locations, ensuring high visual and operational standards to enhance guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesTravel to assigned store locations for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairsInspect, diagnose, and repair animatronic displays to meet company merchandise standards and guidelines, ensuring compliancePerform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespanProvide on-site and remote troubleshooting support to store teams, ensuring prompt responses to service requestsConduct in-store repairs on guest animatronic returns and coordinate with the Zombie Tech Squad for partsMaintain accurate service logs, repair documentation, and inventory records, including before-and-after photos of ISE and animatronic placementsSubmit expense reports using expense applicationUse of excel and file organization to track and maintain completed work and outstanding issuesCollaborate with the Territory Support Manager, Zone Managers, District Managers, and Store Teams to address merchandising challenges and support operational goalsAssess and improve visual merchandising presentations, providing feedback to the Zombie Tech Team and Store Experience TeamParticipate actively in daily and weekly team callsPerform other duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to travel extensivelySelf-starter with excellent communication skillsDetail-oriented with proven ability to understand and interpret visual presentation directionsMechanical/engineering experience to handle repairs in a timely fashionAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment4-year college degree preferred1+ year of experience with Spirit Halloween preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Publisher, and ExcelCompany OverviewSpirit Halloween is an seasonal Halloween retailer It was founded in 1983, and is headquartered in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
