Temporary EE Program Assistant, Rebate Processing (remote - U.s)

We are currently seeking multiple, EE Temp EE Program Assistant, Rebate Processing Req. As a member of the EE team, you will assist with driving customer participation in programs that incentivize the adoption of energy efficient technologies. Energy Efficiency is critical in driving our nation’s progress toward reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Process rebate project applications according to documented standard operating procedures
• Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed
• Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions
• Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints
• Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience or tenure in related position(s)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Written communication skills (strong verbal skills a plus)
• Computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite. Salesforce experience a plus
Compensation is commensurate with experience with the pay band of $21 - $26/Hourly
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
