Temporary Data Entry Specialist
The Interior Design Society (IDS) is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our membership team by ensuring accurate and up-to-date member records. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision. The specialist will be responsible for updating member records, completing a weekly transaction log, and approving membership profiles.
This temporary position will last for a minimum of 6 months with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in High Point, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately update and maintain member records in the associations database.
Review and approve membership profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Complete a weekly transaction log, tracking membership updates, payments, and adjustments.
Assist with general administrative data tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all member information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in data entry, record-keeping, or administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database management systems.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
Compensation & Duration:
$20 per hour
10 hours per week
Minimum commitment of 6 months
