As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience and building strong relationships. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to achieve daily interaction targets, resolve customer queries, and contribute to the growth of our brand.
**About the Role**
In this exciting opportunity, you'll have the chance to work independently, think creatively, and make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently. You'll be expected to work evening shifts (M-F, 2pm-10pm EST) with occasional weekend shifts, and meet or exceed daily interaction targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Temporary Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer interactions in a friendly and relatable manner, providing timely and effective solutions
* Exercising decision-making skills to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth
* Collecting and sharing customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
* Meeting or exceeding daily interaction targets, with a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
