**Temporary Full-Time Opportunity**

We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis for approximately 3-4 months. As a Temporary Representative, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. This temporary assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling incoming calls from patients and members to address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
* Providing quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
* Resolving payment inquiries, updating billing information, and establishing payment plans
* Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient services needs
* Utilizing Epic EMR experience to navigate patient records and resolve issues
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve patient satisfaction

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* At least two years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician's office setting, specifically in Laboratory
* Experience registering patients and handling high-volume calls in a call center environment
* Epic EMR experience and data entry skills are highly preferred
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a medical insurance setting, specifically with Laboratory billing
* High-volume call center experience and scheduler experience
* Familiarity with Epic EMR and data entry software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
