As a Temporary full-time day shift position, you'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, and enjoy a flat rate of $20/hour. **Temporary Assignment Details** This is a temporary assignment estimated to last 3-4 months. As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues, as well as patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.
