Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and skill development of employees
Train new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security to maintain the highest standards of service delivery
Develop non-classroom communication and training materials, such as guides, manuals, and presentations, to support employee learning and development
Assess individual participant and class performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
Participate in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure client satisfaction and needs are met
Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas, to maintain compliance and risk management

Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Must be able to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST, accommodating changing business needs and priorities
Must be willing to learn and adapt, demonstrating a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and development
Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
Requires solid organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required, with a strong foundation in education, training, or a related field
High school diploma or GED required, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning and development
Must pass background and drug tests, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
Experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations, reports, and training materials
