Temporary Collections Assistant

What you'll do: Running daily reports and assisting in maintaining accurate and detailed records of collection activities in the company’s database. Assist in consolidating reporting from various databases in Excel on a routine basis. Escalate unresolved issues to senior collections staff or management. Assess customer accounts for high-risk factors and report findings to management, contributing to risk mitigation efforts Update customer accounts as directed Perform other duties as assigned About you: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce. Outstanding problem-solving skills; “can-do” attitude and resourcefulness, combined with the ability to propose solutions. Exemplary analytical and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; ability to pivot as business priorities shift. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
