Job Summary: Provide exceptional experiences by interacting with the customers via phone. Assist customers by entering orders into system, offering upgrades and addons, and responding to order inquiries.
Pay:
Ā $15/hour
Scheduling Requirements:
Your scheduled hours and training will be within the designated shift time you select based on being an AM or Mid shift.
Ā AM:
Ā Hours between 7am Ā 2pm CST
Ā Mid:
Ā Hours between 11am Ā 7pm CST
Miscellaneous Information:
Ā A weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required for all agents.
Ā Initially, you will work just 4-8 hours/week until late Nov/early Dec
Ā If extra hours are offered, you're welcome to pick up extra hours at any time, this is not just limited to your desired schedule preference of AM, Mid, PM.
Ā Schedules run Sunday Ā Saturday.
Ā Part Time schedules are 24 or more hours a week.
Ā Full Time schedules are 40 hours a week.
Ā Overtime is not available unless specifically offered.
Ā All times for Omaha Steaks are listed in Central Standard Time.
Ā Your chosen schedule will be a block schedule.
Ā You will work the same shift time on all days selected to work.
Ā You will select your schedule during day one of training.
Computer Requirements:
Ā Must have your own PC
Ā Must be less than 6 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)
Ā Must have high-speed internet service (10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload)
Ā Min GB on RAM is 6GM
Ā An approved headset will be required
Ā Must have computer and virus protection
Ā Must have anti-virus installed and up-to-date (Windows 10 and or 11 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
