Temporary Call Center Representative
PEG's client, a nationally recognized car rental company, is seeking a Temporary Call Center Representative to support their team. This fully remote opportunity is approved for a 60-day contract and is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Take incoming calls from drivers, clients, and vendors regarding collision and glass claims
⢠Provide clear, accurate information while delivering a high level of customer service
⢠Document claim details and interactions thoroughly and efficiently
⢠Complete a small amount of assigned administrative work during off-queue hours
⢠Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
⢠Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
⢠Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
⢠Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
⢠Comfortable handling sensitive or claim-related conversations
⢠Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
⢠Must provide your own computer/laptop suitable for remote work
Schedule & Work Environment:
⢠Monday through Friday
⢠10:00 AM ā 7:00 PM CST
⢠Fully remote
