Temporary Associate End User Specialist
Credit Union of Colorado is a financial institution seeking a Temporary Associate End User Specialist to provide frontline technical support and system administration. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for Windows operating systems, troubleshooting installation, configuration, and performance issuesRespond to chat, email, and help desk calls, documenting and tracking tickets in the IT service management systemAssist users with hardware and software installations, ensuring proper configurationSupport audio/video equipment in conference and board roomsAssist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Cisco Webex administrationMaintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals, using asset management toolsTrack and manage inventory, procurement, and disposal of end-user computing devices to ensure proper lifecycle managementEnsure that IT assets are properly assigned, maintained, and audited in compliance with company policiesManage and document user account creation, modification, and termination processesUpdate and distribute process and procedure documentation to reflect system changes and best practicesProactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiencyWork with IT teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless support across the organizationMaintain a clean, secure, and organized work area while safeguarding sensitive dataEnsure compliance with BSA, FACTA, AML, and other federal and state regulations, reporting any suspicious activityDeliver exceptional service by addressing members’ and coworkers’ needs promptly and professionallyUphold the credit union’s professional reputation and confidentiality standardsExecute special projects as assigned by managementSkillsAssociate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six plus months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of computer hardware and softwareAbility to think in terms of computer logic patternsAbility to learn basic job control and the practices, principles and techniques of computer operations and data processingUnderstanding of Credit Union operations and information output needsAbility to apply verbal and interpersonal skills that develop member confidence, respect and trust in Credit Union of Colorado and develop cooperative relationships with all levels of people throughout the organizationExceptional customer/member service skillsMust obtain ITIL Foundation certification within one (1) year of hireMicrosoft Windows and Office 365Cisco Phone/Call Manager and NetworkingEnterprise Audio/Video support a plusPC/Laptop Hardware (Dell)Financial Core System Management - Symitar/JHA/ProfitStars a plusRecommended Certifications: A+, Network+, MSCABenefitsPay-for-performance compensation program including bonuses for all employeesCompetitive benefits packageCompany OverviewCredit Union of Colorado is a company that specializes in financial services its headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
