We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support a team with logistics and administrative tasks. A successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the distribution of terminals and ensuring all processes are tracked accurately. This position will provide essential support to the IT teams, ensuring smooth operations throughout the project.
Responsibilities
? Request Terminals from IT Asset Management team in line with project scheduling
? Validate contents and log asset information for branches prior to mailing them
? Create mailing labels and return labels for distribution of the machines
? Update all logistical activities within tracker alongside the project manager
? Validate receipt and provide communications with the local sites to ensure proper installation
? Validate the return of old equipment for recycling
? Annotate all internal support logging for each device
Requirements
? High School Diploma or GED
? Clean Drug Screen
? Willing to undergo criminal background check
? Customer Service, Data Entry, or IT Operations experience preferred
Location: Thomasville, Georgia
Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM ? 5:00PM, Flexible
