Marketing Communications Senior Advisor (Contract Copywriter)
This role is a Contract Copywriter supporting the MD Live by Evernorth Creative Services team. The position is hands-on and project-based, focused on producing high-volume, high-quality marketing content across digital, print, and campaign channels. The candidate will collaborate closely with designers, creative managers, and marketing teams to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content. This role also supports rebranding initiatives and asset migration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write, edit, and proofread content across multiple formats including: email campaigns and newsletters, blogs and long-form content, social media posts, website and landing pages, advertising and promotional copy.
• Create content for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging.
• Support rebranding from MDLIVE to MD Live by Evernorth.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise content accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and marketing.
Required Skills:
• Strong copywriting across digital, social, and print channels.
• Editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Storytelling and persuasive writing skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Experience working with AI writing tools (Copilot, Grammarly, etc.)
Tools & Technologies Required:
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• AI tools (Copilot, Grammarly)
• Preferred: Jira, Sprout Social, Adobe InCopy
Qualifications:
• 5–7+ years of copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong portfolio (PDF format required with submission)
