Temenos T24 Consultant
Temenos T24 Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Remote (India) – 6 to 10 Years experience. Immediate joiners only. Job Summary We are looking for a Temenos T24 Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong experience in Core Banking implementations, Islamic Banking operations, and Lending systems (LOS/LMS). The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with Temenos T24 modules, TAFJ architecture, integration frameworks (OFS, MQ, REST APIs), and banking transformation programs. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, developers, and integration teams to support T24 implementation, migration, integration, and functional enhancements. Key Responsibilities • Work as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant supporting Temenos T24 Core Banking implementations and enhancements. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams. • Perform gap analysis, process improvement, and requirement validation during project delivery. • Support legacy system migrations to Temenos T24, including analysis of financial events and transaction flows. • Collaborate with Finance and Business teams for reconciliation of Suspense Accounts and General Ledger (GL) accounts. • Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments. • Participate in change management, release planning, and system enhancement activities. • Support integration between Temenos T24 and external systems through enterprise integration frameworks. • Work closely with technical teams to resolve defects, analyze system issues, and improve operational efficiency. Required Technical Skills Core Banking Platform • Strong experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking Platform Banking Domain Knowledge • Experience in Islamic Banking and Finance environments • Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking operations • Experience in Lending systems (LOS, LMS) T24 Modules Experience • Customer • Payments • Clearing Operations • FT (Funds Transfer) • Payment Orders • AA Accounts and Loans • TAC • Close of Business (COB) Technical Architecture & Development Knowledge • Exposure to TAFJ Architecture • Familiarity with Java-based local development • Ability to review and debug Java stack traces • Experience working with REST services Integration & Middleware Knowledge Experience with enterprise integration frameworks including: • OFS (Open Financial Services) • MQ • Kafka • REST APIs • Batch Processing Additional Technical Skills • Experience working with IRIS R18 • Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills • Experience with API testing • Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams (business, finance, technical) • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability • Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments Education Bachelor’s Degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
