In this role, you will be accountable for representing Great Southern Bank in a courteous and professional manner. You will implement the 5 Winning Ways of Customer Service on a daily basis, striving to meet or exceed Secret Shop score expectations. A basic working knowledge of the bank's services and products is essential, as you will routinely refer customers to appropriate offerings. You will also be expected to use the CRM program consistently and accurately, ensuring that customer interactions are documented and followed up appropriately. Your responsibilities will include balancing each day's transactions, locating any cash discrepancies, and ensuring that they are properly documented. You will process all transactions efficiently, maintaining confidentiality of customer account information and adhering to security policies. Compliance with banking regulations and policies is critical, and you will be required to attend annual training sessions on BSA and Security. Regular attendance, punctuality, and a professional appearance are also essential components of this role. Requirements
