Responsibilities
Ā Cross sell products and services

Ā Comply with established policy and procedures

Ā Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information
,
Ā Receive member telephone calls
,
Ā Process deposits and disburse cash or check withdrawals
,
Ā Verify transactions
,
Ā Monitor deposit amounts and examine documents for endorsement and negotiability
,
Ā Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly
,
Ā Process loan and VISA credit card payments
,
Ā Process transfer requests
,
Ā Process cash advance, cashiers check and money order requests
,
Ā Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals
,
Ā Daily vault balancing and cash coordination
,
Ā Provide assistance with bank wires
,
Ā Answer questions and solve problems for members
,
Ā Troubleshoot online banking and bill pay problems for members
,
Ā Answer basic IRA questions for members
,
Ā Issue temporary checks and process check orders
,
Ā Perform file maintenance and account changes as needed
,
Ā File documents
,
Ā Process incoming and outgoing mail
,
Ā Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required
,
Ā Cash handling experience
,
Ā Good communication skills
,
Ā Good math skills
,
Ā Professional appearance, dress and attitude
,
Ā Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment
,
Ā Ability to sit and/or stand for periods of up to two hours or more
,
Ā Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
,
Ā Must have reliable transportation
