This flexible shift pattern lets you choose what suits your lifestyle, while supporting customers when they need us most. Home-Based: You’ll start and end each day from home, visiting properties around Hartlepool (ideally living in TS24 - 25 postcodes). Core Responsibilities: Visit addresses with no TV licence, explain options, manage payment plans, record details, and occasionally attend court. You’ll be supported by a network of colleagues and given all equipment required. Who should apply?
