Job description:
5 days work week // flexible hours
Location: Fully work from home
You will be required to attend training at our Singapore office for 1 week)
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and follow-ups effectively.
Record all call information accurately in the CRM/database.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.
Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Fluent in English & Mandarin will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
