Pay & Benefits • $26.00/hour starting pay • $4.00/hour weekend differential • Monthly performance bonus earning up to an additional $5-$10 per hour • Currently, overtime work earns double-time • Employer-paid health insurance • Retirement plan with company match • Paid training and paid time off • Long-term, stable employment What You’ll Do • Answer inbound calls professionally • Accurately record and relay messages • Follow clear, client-specific instructions • Handle calls calmly and efficiently What We’re Looking For • Clear speaking voice, great enunciation, and strong active listening skills • Reliable, professional work habits • Basic computer skills and fast, accurate typing (40 WPM) • Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, some evenings, and holidays • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous call center experience preferred. 1-2 years of remote work experience required.
