As a Resolution Expert, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offs.ResponsibilitiesAddress customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.Provide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.Requirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
