Telemetry Registered Nurse | Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico
Provide skilled nursing care in a dynamic clinical setting, supporting patients with medical, surgical, and respiratory needs. This role requires independent judgment and the ability to manage complex care plans while collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
ā¢ Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established protocols, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
ā¢ Address diverse psychological, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
ā¢ Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
ā¢ Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and nursing interventions accurately.
ā¢ Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health management and resources.
ā¢ Participate in competency validation and orientation programs to ensure ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
ā¢ Minimum one year of experience in medical-surgical or related nursing specialty is preferred.
ā¢ Current Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or compact license required.
ā¢ Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only).
ā¢ PALS and CPI certifications are preferred.
ā¢ Successful completion of competency validations and orientation programs.
Schedule:
ā¢ Full time, dayshift: 7:00 AM ā 7:00 PM
