Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac diagnoses including ACS, AMI, NSTEMI, CHF, Afib/Aflutter, Syncope, and arrhythmias such as Vtach/Vfib • Monitor and interpret telemetry data accurately and promptly • Manage complex treatments including arterial sheath removal and administration of critical medications such as cardizem, nitro, and amiodarone IV • Float to other medical-surgical units and ICUs as needed, adapting to varying patient care environments • Participate fully in orientation and maintain consistent attendance for assigned shifts Schedule: • Day shifts, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (07:00 – 19:30) • Every other weekend required • Floating required with no block accommodations available Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse with telemetry training • Certified in ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIH certification • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret telemetry accurately • Ability to manage patient care involving advanced cardiac life support protocols • First-time travelers welcomed This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospital environment that values clinical expertise and adaptability while providing patient-centered care.
