Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Hartford, CT

Provide skilled nursing care in a fast-paced telemetry unit, focusing on monitoring patients with heart and lung conditions. This role demands a keen eye for detail and strong clinical judgment to manage telemetry equipment and respond to patient needs promptly. Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Monitor cardiac telemetry readings and report abnormalities promptly
β€’ Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
β€’ Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
β€’ Educate patients and families about care plans and health maintenance
β€’ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for coordinated care
β€’ Maintain compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
