This is a fully remote, contract (1099) opportunity to deliver personalized, evidence-based care to patients seeking treatment for hormonal imbalances—starting with our men’s hormone optimization program.

Position Highlights
• Conduct virtual evaluations for hormone therapy eligibility
• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual hormone profiles
• Interpret lab results and adjust therapies accordingly
• Provide monthly follow-ups and ongoing patient education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a streamlined, patient-first platform

What We’re Looking For

Required:
• Active medical license in: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, NJ, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI
• Board certification in endocrinology, family/internal medicine, OB/GYN, or urology
• DEA license and experience prescribing controlled substances
• Deep understanding of HRT protocols for men and women
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred:
• 2+ years of HRT experience
• Prior telemedicine experience
• Familiarity with EHR and telehealth platforms
