What You'll Do
• Work a flexible schedule: 4-day (10-hour shifts) or 5-day (8-hour shifts) workweek
• Deliver efficient, high-quality care with AI-powered support
About the Offer
• Fully remote, employed position
• Competitive compensation with equity participation
• Structured onboarding and AI workflow training
• Clear protocols and streamlined documentation standards
Qualifications
• MD with a clean medical record
• Active or eligible U.S. medical license (IMLC support available)
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Interest in Women's Health or Mental Health is a plus
• Have Telemedicine experience
Compensation & Benefits
• Starting salary of $240,000 + equity
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses
• 6 weeks PTO
