Telemarketing - Telefundraising for Nonprofit Theaters
Experienced Sales People & Fundraisers, $18 Per Hour Starting Pay + Commission
Blueprint Advancement is a leader in fundraising for non-profit theatre companies. We are seeking motivated salespeople with phone experience in fundraising and/or sales. All our work is performed remotely in a work-from-home position.
Our clients are nationally recognized theatre & performing arts organizations across the United States and we are hiring applicants with a track record of success in sales or fundraising.
Our associates contact past and current patrons of our clients and ask them to support the organization through fundraising gifts/donations. Confident, persuasive candidates are encouraged to apply. What we offer:
• $18/hour
• Commission and additional weekly incentives based on performance
• Quarterly bonus opportunity equal to 30% of all commission earned in quarter
• Total earning potential up to $30+/hr
• Remote/Work-from-home
• No cold calling - every lead has an existing relationship with client
• Part-time (25-29 hrs) and full-time (30 – 39 hrs) available
• Paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k) with employer matching
All viable candidates MUST be available to work until 9:00pm at least 3+ times per week Mon-Friday. Must work 10-2 twice a month on Saturdays and 12-2 twice a month on Sundays.
