What Youll Be Doing Every Day:
Engage with potential and existing clients over the phone
Transfer interested customers to our licensed sales agents
Schedule review appointments for our team with current policyholders
Make follow-up calls to past prospects from our marketing campaigns
Log call details & results in our CRM system
Requirements
• Must be located in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota or Wisconsin.
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace/office at home
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, tenacious and results driven.
• Basic computer skills and experience with standard office programs-Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
• For this role, you will need to provide your own equipment, including a computer, high-speed internet, and a headset.
